Payment Terms:
- Full balance of payment is required 35 days prior to clients’ arrival.
- A confirmation voucher will be issued only on receipt of 100% payment of booking. Africa Eco Adventures Ltd may at its discretion not honor a booking if payment has not been received within 35 days from the arrival date.
- In the event of an increase in taxes, levies and any other statutory charges, or any other input costs, we reserve the right to make amendments to the rates accordingly.
- Maasai Mara Game Reserve Fee costs are corrected at time of print and may change without prior notice.
Cancellation/Amendment and Reduction in Number Policy:
- Between 40 and 35 days prior to date of stay 20% of the total cost will be charged.
- Between 34 and 15 days prior to date of stay 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- Between 14 and a No Show, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
Late Departure Policy:
- Check-out time is 10 am, regardless of the time of arrival.
- Late departures after 12.00 will be charged at $120 per adult and $60 per child. This will include lunch if required.
Insurances:
- All guests should take out comprehensive insurance cover when paying their confirmation deposit, to cover them for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage,
emergency evacuation back home and money.

Child Policy
3-11 yrs is considered a child. Above 12 yrs is considered an adult.
All children flying have to be accompanied by an adult. We do not fly children under 3 yrs of age.

- Provisional booking made via email should be released automatically within 2 weeks.
- 50% deposit and a written booking voucher is required to confirm a booking.
- Remaining balance of 50% should be made strictly 30 days before the flight date.
- A confirmation voucher is issued only when 100% of the payment has been received.
- Any amendments or cancellations will be required in form of vouchers too.
- Last minute booking done direct at Mara base in cash unless prior arrangement.
- In the event of increase in VAT, Training Levy, Service charge, adverse cost or exchange rate increase we reserve the right to adjust all contract rates accordingly with immediate effect.

- 45-30 days: 25% of the rate.
- 30-15 days: 50% of the rate.
- Under 14 days -: 100% of the rate.

Child Policy
Under 10 years not allowed.
10 -12 years is considered a child. Above 12 years is considered & charged as an adult.
